INSPECTION REPORT (AGREEMENT STATE LICENSE - ALA: 368/87-01)
OF 10 CFR 150.20 ACTIVITIES Thank you for your response of March 20, 1987, to our Notice of Violation issued on February 20, 1987, concerning activities conducted at Fort McClellan, Alabama, under 10 CFR 150.20. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We understand that you do not deny the violations but differ concerning certain details. Howe er, as discussed during a phone conversation between Ms. C. Connell and yourself on April 2, 1987, the facts in our report as observed by the inspector and stated in our letter dated February 20, 1987, remain unchanged. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
