84-02-13-06 Q. Martin's $nspection csrtifications are to be re-instated as of 2/13/84. Thru the overview of his past inspections being below a St rejection rate and with the closing of NCR 1614, his retraining completed it is felt this is justification for re-instating his inspection certifications. Although the re-instatement of certifications will be for welding and con-figurations, he is presently training in (CEA's) Concreta Ex-pansion Anchors, which is the area he will be inspecting.
