SUBJECT:

REGULATORY HISTORY DOCUMENTS FOR PROPOSED FEE RULE, 10 CFR PART 171 Enclosed for the proposed annual fee rule,10 CFR Part 171, are (1) a draft regulatory history, (2) seven documents to be entered in the Document Control System (DCS) and then sent to Elizabeth Shelburne, Chief, Public Documents Branch, to be kept in the Public Document Room (PDR), and (3) eighteen documents to be entered in the Document Control System and then sent to Inez Bailey, Chief, Records Services Branch, to be kept in Central Files (CF).

Please request that DCS personnel add the designator AC30-1 to the nine docu-ments listed on the draft regulatory history that already have accession num-bers. This will complete identificatior of all documents that are part of the history for this proposed rule. When DCS personnel have completed all these entries, please request that they provide me a computer printout of all documents bearing the designator AC30-1 to be used as an index of the regulatory history for the proposed fee rule.
