TEMPORARY CHANGE TO THE SECURITY PLAN Attached are six copies of a temporary change to the Palisades Security Plan as discussed with Mr Dale Kers of the NRC Region III staff on September 29, 1986. This temporary change describes security measures being taken during certain construction activities.
Consumers Power Company has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the site and therefore are submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Palisades Security Plan.
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
