REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RADIOLOGICAL EFFLUENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted an Emergency Request for Amendment to Facility Operating License NPF-57 for the Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS) on September 12, 1986, and subsequently downgraded the requests' classi-i fication from an Emergency Request to a standard License Change Request on September 22, 1986. Based upon discussions with members of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and a review by HCGS personnel, editorial changes to Technical Specification Action Statements 3.3.7.9.b and 3.3.7.10.b are desirable to increase clarity.
