PREVIOUS ORGANIZATION ITEMS TO BE CLOSED OUT BY JACK HAYES On April 20, 1987 a meeting was held with John Craig, Acting Branch Chief, Plant Systems and members of his staff to discuss the closing out of items that Jack Hayes had responsibility for when he was a reviewer in the Plant Systems Branch, PWRL-A. The items which were discussed are presented as. Based upon this meeting the following was agreed to:

If you are in agreement with these assignments, we will document the above in a memorandum to the Plant Systems Branch.
In addition to the above issues discussed with PSB, Jack is scheduled to lecture on the subject of control room habitability at the Harvard School of Public Health on both May 1, 1987 and May 14, 1987.
We were informed by PSB on April 23, 1987, that the planned assistance to Region V would not involve the utilization of Argonne National Laboratory. Therefore, Jack may not need to provide any support to the Region.
