Dear Ms. Grinsley:
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request any and all information pertaining to the construction, licensing, operation and inspection of the Curtiss-Wright Research Reactor in the former Quehanna Industrial Cornplex. The reactor was operated under License # R-36 I have the contents of Dockets 50-174 and 50-310 already.
The construction permit was probably issued in 1953 or 1954 and the license was active until Dec. 12, 1960. The reactor was located in north central Pennsylvania at the juncture of Elk, Clearfield and Cameron counties.
Please call me if you need additional information or if there will be copying charges in excess of $20.
