Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit 1 Annual 10CFR50.59 Report Correction In our annual report required by 10CFR50.59 for 1986, which was submitted by letter dated March 31, 1987, PCR/PCN 86-3675 was inadvertently listed as having been completed for Unit 1.

However, this design change was not implemented in 1986 and therefore should not have been included in the report for 1986.
