Mr. J. Nelson Grace In previous correspondence on this subject, Georgia Power Company described a potentially reportable condition whereby Operations Deficiency Report ODR T-1-86-1027 identified that the emergency diesel generator building ventilation system was not delivering the design air flow.
Georgia Power Company has completed its evaluation of this condition and has concluded that it could not have adversely affected the safety of operations of the plant.
Therefore, this condition is not reportable pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e) or 10 CFR 21.
