The Board has received your notice of appearance dated May 7, 1987 in docket numbers 50-352 and 50-353. Those proceedings have been concluded.
Please be advised that this is an entirely new and discrete Limerick case by virtue of the publication on March 12, 1987 of a Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing (52 Fed. Reg. 7675,7691). The due date for the filing of petitions for leave to intervene pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 62.714 or for leave to participate as an interested State pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 92.715 was April 13, 1987. Should the Comonwealth wish to petition for leave to intervene or to participate out-of-time, it may do so but must show good cause for not having filed in a timely manner.
