In its "Roquest for Authorization to Increase Power to 25%

l 1987), LILCO relied upon its "Second Renewed Motion for Summary l
Disposition of the 'Logal Authority' Issues (Contentions EP 1-10)"
which it filed with the Margulion Licensing Board.
In fact, a l
