ORDER Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 9 2.772, the Secretary provides the following schedule.

Any party who would seek a stay of low power operations at Seabrook from the Comission, based on those issues raised before the Appeal Board in ALAB-865, decided this docket, May 8, 1987, should file its application with the Commission on or before May 26, 1987.

Any party wishing to answer should file within 10 days after service of the stay motion.

Any party who wishes may timely advise the Comission that it wishes its stay application or response before the Appeal Board to be considered by the Comission as its filing with the Comission pursuant to this order.
