Nelson Grace In previous correspondence on this subject, Georgia Power described a potentially reportable condition whereby Operational Deficiency Report ODR T-1-86-2155 identified that the containment cooling units were not delivering design air flow.
Georgia Power Company has completed its evaluation of this condition and has concluded that it could not have adversely affected the safety of operations of the plant.
Therefore, this condition is not reportable pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e) or 10 CFR 21.
