t Thank you for your letter of September 22, 1986 in response to our letter dated August 1, 1986. As a result of our review, we find your response does not adequately address the concerns raised in our Notice of Nonconformance.
The following additional information is needed.
(86-01-05) - Describe the " firm and stringent policy" implemented on June 23, 1986 pertaining to the calibration of measuring equipment.
(86-01-11) - Provide copies of correspondence from three vendors
" pertaining to corrective action" as documented in your response designated "I" and also Section 8.0 of the Quality Assurance Program Manual, Please provide this additional information within 30 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
