By our letter of April 21, 1986, we transmitted instructions regarding adjust-ments to reconcile your records with those reported to the Nuclear Material Management and Safeguards System (NMMSS). On the basis of additional infor-mation concerning these transactions, we are modifying these instructions as follows:
1.
Each transaction incorrectly reported to the receiver and to NMMSS shall be corrected and reported individually on a revised Form 741.
2.
All other adjustments may be combined into one single adjustment.
This matter was discussed between you and Mr. Don Joy of my staff on June 11, 1986.
It was agreed that all of the necessary adjustments will be transmitted to NMMSS no later than July 31, 1986.
