PROOF AND REVIEW CF WNP UNIT 2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATI0tlS Our staff has reviewed the subject Technical Specifications. We agreed with D. Hoffman of your staff that the newly revised Standard Technical Specificaticns should be used as the basis for inservice snubber surveillance requirements for the subject plant rather than the subject Technical Specifications. We are also in agreement that the subject Technical Specificatiens content on the requirements for pressure isolation valves should follow the guide lines set for the revision of the Standard Technical Specifications as modified by the ccoments in the memorandum from Bosnak to Themas, "MEB Coments on Draft BWR/4,5, and 6 Standard Technical Specifications", dated October 5,1982.
