In accordance with your request of July 1.,1983, the Power Systems Branch has reviewed Sections 3/4.3.3 and 3/4.8 of Technical Specifications which pcrtain to our area of responsibility. He find that the Technical Specifica-tions in these sections are in agreement with the Standard Technical Specification.
