PROOF AND REVIEW 0F WASHINGTON NUCLEAR - UNIT 2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Procedures and Systems Review Branch has reviewed the Appendix A Technical Specifications for Washington Nuclear Unit 2.
Section 6.8, Procedures and Programs, and Section 3/4.10 Special Test Exceptions, were reviewed and we agree with the content of these sections.
Section 3/4.10.5, Oxygen Concentration, refers to the provisions of Specification 3.6.6.3 which does not exist in the WNP-2 Technical Specifications.
It appears that Section 3/4.10.5 should refer to Section 3.6.6.2, Drywell and Suppression Chamber Oxygen Concentration.
