Your letters of September 25, 1986 and October 8, 1986, transmitted revision No. 6 and Revision No. 6, Amended to the UNC Naval Products Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan. We have reviewed the information contained in these plan revisions and have determined that portions of these revisions are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c), and are considered accep-table.
However, certain other portions of these revisions require clarification /
modification for the reasons stated in the enclosure to this letter. For these portions, you are to modify your plan accordingly and submit corrected page revisions to this office within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.
Your letter and enclosure contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12; therefore, they will be withheld from public disclosure and will not be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
