Bases for 2.2.1.2 (last sentence)
MFLP0 should be MFLPD.

Specification 3/4.2.2 The symbol Q in the formula for the scram trip setpoint appears to be superfluous.

Specification 3/4.2.3 The term MCPR is undefined (perhaps MCPRxK ).

There is a discrepancy between Figure 3.2.3-1 and the Bases with respect to the assumed operating limit MCPR (1.24 on the figure and 1.20 in the Bases).

Table 3.3.6-1 There appears to be a gap of 10 percent in power between the required operation of the RSCS (20 percent) and the RBM (30%).
Is this intended to account for uncertainties to prevent simultaneous operation of both?
The gap is technically acceptable.
