DAILY HIGHLIGHT - EXEMPTION TO REQUIREMENTS OF APPENDIX J
' 0F 10CFR50 FOR SUSQijEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 1 On April 14, 1983, Amendment No.13 to Facility Operating Licensing No. NPF-14, Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Unit 1 was issued.
The amendment provides an exemption from the requirements of Appendix J of 10CFR50 for the first fuel cycle when performing-local leak rate testing of Residual Heat Removal (RHR) relief valves in accordance with Technical Specification 4.6.1.2. of the Susquehanna license.
