TECHNICAL EVALUATION REPORT FOR AUDIT OF THE PUMP AND VALVE OPERABILITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM AT WASHINGTON NUCLEAR PROJECT 2 The Pump,and Valve Operability Assurance Review Team (PV0RT) comprised of one member of the NRC staff and two EG&G personnel conducted an on-site audit of the Washington Nuclear Project, Unit 2 (WNP-2) Pump and Valve Operability Assurance Program during the week of November 15, 1982.

The enclosed Technical Evaluation Report received from EG&G summarizes the activities of the PVORT during the WNP-2 audit.
