SUBJECT:
WNP-2 RADIOLOGICAL EFFLUENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Radiological Assessment Branch is aware of the recent subaittal of the standard Technical Specifications from the Washington Public Power Supply Systen for its WNP-2 facility.
It is our understanding that the Radiological Effluent Technical-Specifications portions of the technical specifications were not included in this subnittal.
In order to perform its review of the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) and Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (0DCM), and to schedule an appropriate amount of staff time to finish this review in a timely fashion, please furnish this branch with an estimation of the expected date of receipt of these documents and your target date for completion of the review. The RAB staff review of the RETS and ODCM is a necessary prerequisite to the granting of an operating license.
