Dear Mr. Crow:

Enclosed is an updated version of GA Technologies Inc. Decommissioning Plan (Rev. July 1986).

Earlier this year (circa July), the NRC was provided a copy of this revised plan.

Mr. Ketzlach has advised us that the previously provided plan was missing a page of text from section 5,

" Cost Analysis," and had erroneously been stamped "GA Private Data."

Therefore, the previously provided copy of this plan should be replaced with the enclosed copy which has the complete text and does not carry any "GA Private Data" designation.
