Reviston of Physical Security Plan hIO The Commission recently approved a transfer of ownership of our facility from Union Carbide to Cintichem, Inc.
I have enclosed six copies of the revised pages in our Physical Security Plan that should be replaced to keep our plan current.
In addition to the changes required by the transfer, we have included minor changes that more clearly describe our package control program.
Should these changes require en additional fee, we still have a $150 credit due under Cintichem check #40380 dated March 29, 1986 that could be used for this purpose.
The entire plan is considered to be "Safeauerds information" however thi cover letter once separated from the plan is not "dareguaras information".
