Technical Specifications and has not, at the present time, identified any post-maintenance test requirements in existing Technical Specifications which are perceived to degrade rather than enhance safety.

As discussed in our previous correspondence dated November 4, 1983 and October 13, 1986, an ongoing effort is underway to improve the Trojan Technical Specifications.

If during this effort, post-maintenance test requirements which degrade rather than enhance safety are identified, appropriate changes will be submitted.
