50-259/86-31, -260/86-31, -296/86 RESPONSE TO VIOLATION Enclosed is our response to G. G. Zech's September 30, 1986 letter to S. A. White transmitting IE Inspection Report Nos. 50-259/86-31. -260/86-31, and -296/86-31 for our Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant which cited TVA with one Severity Level V Violation and one Level IV Violation.
Our response contains physical security information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Part 73.21.
We, therefore, request that the enclosed response not be placed in the Public Document Room.
