'2 -CHAIRMAN ZECH: Good afternoon, ladies and 3' gentlemen. This is an affirmation session on one matter, 4 SECY-86-307, a motion for reformation in Braidwood. I will 5 ask the Secretary to lead us through this item.

6 SECRETARY CHILK: In this paper, Mr. Chairman, the ,

7 Commission is being asked to act on an order responding to a 8 motion filed by the Braidwood ap98plicant which asks for 9 substantial revisions to a Commission Order issued on march 10 20, 1986.

11 Chairman Zach and Commissioners Roberts and Bernthal 12 have approved the Order which is attached to our memorandum of

(~ 13 November 5 denying the motion for reformation. Commissioners 14 Asselstine and Carr are not participating in this.

15 would you please affirm your votes?

16 CHAIRMAN ZECH: Aye.

17 COMMISSIONER ROBERTS: Aye.

18 COMMISSIONER BERNTHAL: Aye.

19 SECRETARY CHILK: Thank you.
