A meeting was held in Woodbury, liew York, on Septenber 29, 30 and October 1 and 2,1981, with Washington Public Power Supply System.
It was a Design Audit meeting and covered all areas of structural engineering. An attendance list and a copy of the meeting summary are attached.
The meeting summary contains all hthe issues and questions discussed. Open issues also have an action item required by UPPSS or flRC to satisfactorily resolve the issue. The Supply System has comitted to respond to the open items by fiovember 13, 1981.
