(UPPSS) TO DISCUSS ALL THE OPE!i ISSUES Ifi THE C0ITAINMEf T SYSTEMS AREA IflCLUDIfiG LOAD EEFIllITIOM IITHODOLOGIES A meeting was held in Richland, Washington on September 14,15,16 and 17,1931 with Usshington Public Power Supply System to discuss all the fli!C concerns in the containment systems area. An attedaance list and a copy of the sumary of the issues discussed are attached. The sur. nary also contains any commitments made by fiRC or WPPSS organization to resolve any issue.
WPPSS either agreed to codify the FSAR or supply additional infomation to satisfy fiRC concerns on most of the issues. On issee 41 (Poci Tenperature Analysis - HUREGo183h 43 (Condensation oscillation Report), and 47 (SRv design load specification), WPPSS will submit the necessary infomation by December 15, 1931. NRC also stressed that in order to meet the SER or SSER date, WP-2 will have to accept the generic condensation oscillation load specification. Any plant unique data may require a fiRC review of 6 to 12 nonths.
