Robert L. Tedesco, Assistant Director for Licensing Orf nel igned byr Division of Licensing doenCW" FROM:
A. Schwencer, Chief Licensing Branch #2 Division of Licensing
SUBJECT:
NRR INPUT TO SALP CYCLE-2 REVIEW OF UNP-2 On July 23, 1981, the current PM on WNP-2 forwarded the NRR Performance Evaluation for WNP-2.
It was based on his experience and that of the review groups.
On August 4, the former PM on WNP-2 proposed a revision to that evaluation (attached). While it provides an historical insite to applicant perfomance during the early part of the appraisal period, I prefer to go with the balanced evaluation of the present PM as submitted to you July 23, 1981.
