Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
This letter transmits a copy of Public Service Company of Colorado's response to the Regulatory Effectiveness Review conducted at Fort St.
Vrain during the week of August 5, 1985, as requested by Mr. A.B. Earnest on October 29, 1986.
A subsequent letter will be mailed by November 14, 1986 specifically addressing the corrective action taken to date and additional corrective action to be completed in the near future.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material, with the exception of this letter should not be placed in the Public Documents Room.
