Battery racks Protective relays and control panels
- Although the offsite power system is not considered a Class IE system, it is important to safety. Therefore, the quality assurance requirements for such systems may hot be as stringent as for Class IE systems, however, a Quality Assurance Program for installation, inspection and testing control for the offsite power system must be provided commensurate with the importance to safety of the system.
- Raceway installations containing Class IE cables and other raceway installa-tions required to meet seismic Category 1 requirements (those whose failure during a seismic event may result in damage to any Class IE or other safety related system or components).
