. r FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMtISSION PROPOSED REVISION TO THE STANDARD REVIEW PLAN (NUREG-75/087)

Notice of Availability As a part of the continual maintenance of the Standard Review Plan (SRP), the Nuclear Regulatory Conmission's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation proposes to revise SRP Section 4.2, " Fuel System Design."

A value-impact statement has also been prepared in support of this proposed change. '

Public conments on this revision to the SRP, and the supporting value-impact statement tre solicited. Connents should be sent to the Secretary of the Concission, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Consission, Washington D. C. 20555, Attention: Docketing and Service Branch.

This proposed revision, the supporting value-impact statement, and all consents that have been received by will be considered by the Regulatory Requirements Review Connittee

- (RRRC). A sunnary of the RRRC meeting at which this change is considered, the connittee reconnendations 3 and all of the associated l l documents and consents considered by the connittee will be made publicly available prior to a decision by the Director of the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Regulation on whether to implement these changes. '

l Copies of this proposed revision to the SRP and the suppo.-ting value-impact statement will be available for public inspection at the NRC Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.
