Q-l's Complete The Quality Assurance Branch has reviewed the FSAR sections describing the Conduct of Operations (Sections 13.1 and 13.4) and the Quality Assurance Program (Section 17.2) submitted in support of the Operat'ing License application for WNP-2.
The QA program for operatfor.s is de' scribed in the WPPSS QA Topical Report WPPSS-QA-004, Revision 3. " Operational Quality Assurance Program Description" dated March 1978. This report was evaluated and found acceptable by the QAB (Ref. !!elterJes/Renberger letter dated May 3,1978).
Additional infomation is required from WPPSS in Sections 13.1 and 13.4.
Accordingly WPPSS should be requested to amend these sections of the FSAR to satisfy the enclosed request prior to April 9,1979 in order for the QAB to maintain their review schedule.

WASHINGTON PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM WNP-2 Request for Additional Information 422.0 Conduct of Operations 422.3 Indicate the number of professional persons (13.1.1. 2) reporting to each of the following: Manager, Test and Startup Programs; Chief, Design Engineering; Project Engineer, WNP-2; and Mcnager, Quality Ascurance.
422.4 Provide the resume of the persons filling (13.1.1.2) the positions of Plant Operations Division Manager and Project Engineer - WNP-2.
422.5 Please provide the specific level of experience (13.1.3.1 )
requirements for your Mechanics, Electricians, and Technicians shown in Figure 13.1-5 of your FSAR. Note subsection 4.5.2 and 4.5.3 of ANSI N18.1-1971.
