Byron Station Units 1 and 2 Modified NPDES Permit NRC Docket Nos. 50-454 and 50-455
Dear Mr. Davis:
Commonwealth Edison Company is the holder of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. ILOO48313 for Byron Station.
Section 3.2 of Appendix B (Environmental Protection Plan) of Facility Operating Licenses NPF-37 and NPF-66 requires changes to the NPDES permit to be reported to the NRC within 30 days following the date the change is approved. Enclosed is Byron Station's Modified NPDES Permit which was issued on March 16, 1987 and will become effective on April 15, 1987.
