In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (5) Con Edison submits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to the Emergency Plan (EP) and Book 1 and Book 2 of the Emergency Procedures Docurent (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Emergency Plan as*a whole continues to meet the standard of 50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
As recommended in Generic Letter 81-27, entitled " Privacy and Proprietary Materials in Emergency Plans", the following pages, as marked, are designat-ed as Proprietary:
Pages EPD Book 2 Appendix A Page A-3 thru A-14 Appendix B Page B-2 and B-3 Please sign and return the controlled copy routing sheet to acknowledge receipt of these changes.
