This report covers both lE and non-lE modules and summarizes inservice failures per month by class, assembly type and failure type.
With respect to the last two month period, February 1987 - March 1987, 3 Bailey 862 SSLM failures were identified that had an affect on the circuit in which they were used.
These failures are discussed in the attached Bi-Monthly Report.

HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION BAILEY SOLID STATE LOGIC MODULE FAILURES POR FEBRUARY AND MARCH, 1987 3 Modules Failures - There were 3 SSLM failures which occurred in the two-month period beginning February 1,.1987 through March 31, 1987.
Projected Reliability 0.79% per year failure rate
- 1) Based upon data from February and March 1987, with 2 and 1 failures respectively, for a total population of 2258 modules.
- 2) The projected annual failure rate is based upon bi-monthly data as presented in a letter from C. A.
McNeill, Jr. to Dr.
T.
E. Murley, dated October 15, 1987 (NLR-N86148).
