Revision to Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Monthly Operating Report for December, 1986 Gentlemen:
Attached is revision number one of the Monthly Operating Report for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station for December, 1986.
This revision is being submitted to correct two errors in the Unit Shutdowns and Power Reductions table for Unit 3.
First, the Licensee Event Code for No. 22 which was reported "LER-NA", has been corrected to read "N/A".
Second, the Component Code of No.
23 which was reported as "LER-NA", has been corrected to read "HTEXCH".
These corrections are being submitted to more accurately reflect previously reported information.
Please substitute this revised report for the original report submitted by letter dated January 15, 1987.
