APPENDIX A Standard Pipe & Supply Company, Inc Docket No. 99901071/86-01 NOTICE OF VIOLATION As a result of the inspection conducted on November 19-21, 1986, and in accordance with Section 206 of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 and its implementing regulation 10 CFR Part 21, the following violation was identified and categorized in accordance with NRC Enforcement Policy (10 CFR Part *

Contrary to the above, at the timo of the inspection, the Standard Pipe and Part 21 Supply Company failed to adopt a procedure for evaluating deviations.
