I have just discovered that through an inadvertent over-sight, the name of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae was not included in the service lists appended to (a) Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of Gary P. Miller or (b) Mr. Miller's Pro-posed Transcript Corrections, both dated January 8. I understand from our conversation on the af ternoon of January 13, however, that you actually received (a) and (b) via Federal Express on January 9. Killian & Gephart, whose name was also not on our service lists, was served via Federal Express on January 9.
