The proposed change will reflect new I responsibilities for review and audit of the Appendix B Technical Specifications as a result of the TVA reorganization. The proposed changes are provided in enclosure 1. The justification for the proposed technical specification changes is provided in enclosure 2. A proposed determination of 4 no significant hazards considerction performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.
