In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE 87 CORRECTION OF SEISMIC MONITOR INFORMATION In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, enclosed is a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 that corrects errors in technical specification 3.3.3.3, tables 3.3-7 and 4.3-4.
Three enclosures are provided in support of the requested technical specification changes. The requested changes are identified in enclosure 1.
The justification for the requested technical specification changes is provided in enclosure 2. A determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee as required by 10 CFR 170.12.
