Yes, sir.
Mr. Chairman, we are deleting 11 from the schedule SECY-87-65 and we are adding SECY-87-78.
I-12 will need a vote to add this on short notice, please?

The item is SECY-87-78, the title of 15 which is " Exemptions from 18 USC 208(a) for NRC Employees."
16 In this paper the Commission is being asked to 17 approve revisions to part zero of the Commission's rules which 18 are intended to clarify the standards and procedures for the 19 granting of exemptions from the prohibition against an 20 employee's personal and substantial participation in a 21 particular matter the outcome of which would have a direct and 22 predictable effect on the financial interest of the employee 23 or certain persons related to the employee.
