This acknowledges the receipt of your letter dated September 15, 1986, by which you transmitted a revision of the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR) Security Plan, dated March 1981.
We find the changes submitted by the subject letter to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
We have determined that the enclosures to your above referenced letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR Part 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are deemed to be comercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
