Pursuant to the telephone conversation on August 26, 1986 between Mr. James T. Conway of my staff and you, this is to confirm the inspection of the Technical Center of The BOC Group in Murray Hill, New Providence, New Jersey on September 8-10, 1986.
The purpose of the inspection' is to review records relating to E-Brite 26-1 material manufactured by Airco Vacuum Metals to determine if any of this materfil was shipped to a nuclear power plant in the 1970s.
