NLP-151, Pressurizer pressure level channel I indication was found reading 29% different from the other two channels of pressurizer pressure level indications.

A leak was found on the instrument line for NLI-151 which has a common sensing line with NLP-151. The leaks were repaired, the level transmitter reference leg was refilled and the NLP-151 transmitter calibrated and returned to service with level in-dication within required limits.
