ACTION: Final rule; Correction.
SUFFARY: This document corrects a final rule amending 10 CFR Part 73 with regard to the implementation of a procran for the centrol and use of criminal history data received from the Federal Bureau of Investigation as part of criminal history checks of individuals granted unescorted access to nuclear power facilities or access to Safeguards Inforration by nuclear power reactor licensees. This final rule was published on March ?, 1987 (5? FR 6310). This action is necessary in order to make several minor tyoographical corrections.

- 1. On page 6310, in the second column, in the second ccmolete paragraph under the heading "Sumary of Public Comment," beginning ir the fourth line, remove the words that reed "the date of publication of this notice." and insert in their place following the werd "on", " April 1,1987."

- 2. On page 6314, _in the second column, in the first complete paragraph, in the third line, the word "the" should read "this", and_ in the ?7th line, the werd " result" should. read "results".
- 3. On page 6314, in the third column, in the third line of (5), the word "a" should read "an" and the word " permanent" should be removed.
- 4. On page 6315, in the third column, in paragraph (ii) under (3), in the second line, the word " data" should read "date".
