Response Plan in early 1984, Region II incorporated " Lessons Learned" into a new Incident Response Plan.

Enclosed are Sections I and II of the new plan.

Section I is an overview of the NRC response to an Incident. Section .II is specific information on Region II's response to an Incident. Because of the proprietary information in Section III,- which. contains personal contact and

'; coordinating information (e.g., home telephone numbers), that portion of the Plan has not been provided.
