SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - 0FFICE OF INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT BULLETIN (IEB) 86 STATIC "0" RING DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SHITCHES This letter provides schedule for TVA's response to IEB 86-02 for SQN.
The Bulletin states the licensees of plants that are shut down for an extended period are not required to complete the actions on the schedule shown in the Bulletin. During a July 23, 1986 phone conversation with Brian Debs, Chief, Section lA, Division of Reactor Projects, TVA discussed an alternate schedule for the final report addressing all actions required by the Bulletin by October 15, 1986.
This date is well in advance of SQN's projected startup date.
